Umit Tokcan is a famous Turkish folk music singer and artist, his active years were in late 1960's and late 1980's.

The guy behind this very interesting sound was Zafer Dilek, one of the geniuses of Turkish music scene in the middle 1970's. Zafer played and arranged more than hundred albums & singles from Mazhar ve Fuat to Ersen and the other pop-rock singers, Arif Sag also accompanied with his own exclusive electric-saz.

It's full to the brim with superb fuzz, great playing and very interesting arrangements.
Middle eastern instrumentation combined with soft western grooves reveal something that is hard to resist.
It has some sort of rhythmic energy to it but never passes into a realm that you could say rocks. Instead the album remains a mellow creation from beginning to end.
